      • Step 3: Click "Spin" and see what you win! Your personal coupon code will be sent to you via email.
        Step 4: Check your email for your personal coupon code. Copy the coupon code and use it on the website.
  • How to Claim Your Prize:
    • Physical Prize (Foldi Mini Treadmill, Recovery Massagers or Relax Massagers): If your prize is one of these three products, please contact us immediately at marketing@urevo.com to claim it. (Don't forget to attach a screenshot of your winning notification to the email.)
    • Other Prize (Smart Scale 100% OFF Code, ￡20 Coupon or ￡50 Coupon):
      • Step 1: Shop as usual and add products to your cart.

      • Step 2: On the checkout page, locate the field that says "Discount code"

      • Step 3: Enter your unique code and click "Apply." The discount will be deducted if your order meets the conditions.

I spun the wheel and won a physical prize. How do I claim it?

Congratulations! If you've won a physical prize (such as a Foldi Mini, Recovery or Relax), please contact us at marketing@urevo.com. If you've won a physical prize (such as a smart scale), simply add it to your cart and enter the discount code you received on the checkout page to enjoy the free gift.

Why isn't my ￡20 Spin-to-Win coupon working at checkout?

Please double-check the terms. The ￡20 coupon requires an order over ￡50 and is only valid for specific treadmill models (Foldi 3S, SpaceWalk Lite, Foldi Mini, SpaceWalk E4W, SpaceWalk E4). It cannot be used for refurbished items, accessories, or other product categories.

How many times can I play the Spin-to-Win game?

Each email account has only one chance to win a prize. (Event period: Dec. 12 - Dec. 25)
