The SpaceWalk 5L has a 0–9% automatic incline with nine levels. A flat or low-incline setting is generally more comfortable for typing, calls, and detailed desk work. Higher incline levels are better suited to a walking break or a dedicated at-home workout when you can focus on your stride and posture.

The walking pad measures 48.8 × 20.3 × 6.1 inches. Its slim 6.1-inch profile is designed for compact home-office setups, but check your desk’s legroom, available floor space, and clearance before purchasing. Leave enough open space around the unit for safe entry, exit, and use.

The SpaceWalk 5L has a 39.4 × 15.8-inch walking area and supports users up to 400 lb. For the best stability and performance, use it on a firm, level floor and do not exceed the stated weight capacity.

The SpaceWalk 5L connects with the UREVO Wellness Hub to track steps, activity time, distance, and calories. You can review daily, weekly, and longer-term progress, use Quick Start or Custom Walk modes, join supported challenges, and sync activity data with Apple Health or Google Fit.

The UREVO App supports compatible workout functions that can automatically adjust speed and incline during supported sessions. This feature is more suitable for an off-desk walking workout than for tasks that require steady concentration, such as typing or video calls.

Yes. The SpaceWalk 5L has an ultra-slim design and built-in transport wheels, so it can be moved and stored under suitable beds, sofas, or other furniture when not in use. Confirm that your available storage clearance is greater than the treadmill’s 6.1-inch height.

No. We do not recommend using it directly on carpet. The carpet fibers can clog the treadmill’s ventilation vents, causing the motor to overheat and potentially damaging the machine. We recommend placing it on a professional treadmill mat before use.

No. Vertical storage is not recommended for the SpaceWalk 5L. Store it flat when not in use, such as under a suitable bed or sofa, provided there is enough clearance.

To address unusual noises coming from a treadmill, you must first identify the source of the noise and then troubleshoot accordingly.

If the noise is coming from the running belt or deck, first check whether the running belt is misaligned. If it is, follow the running belt adjustment instructions to center it.

If the treadmill only emits unusual noise under load, check whether the treadmill base is level and whether the deck screws are loose. If either of these issues is present, adjust the base and tighten the screws.

If you cannot identify the source of the noise, please provide a video to our customer service representatives. Once the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution.

The running belt is slipping because it is too loose. You’ll need to use a hex wrench to tighten the running belt on both the left and right sides. If there is a deviation in the running belt, it needs to be solved by tightening the running belt. The specific method is as follows:

Step 1: When the running belt deviates to the left, rotate the left screwhole clockwise by 1/4 turn.

Step 2: When the running belt is tilted to the right, rotate the right larval hole clockwise by 1/4 turn. After each adjustment, run for 1-2 minutes to observe the calibration status.

If necessary, repeat the above steps to adjust again.

A remote control is included for convenient operation. A handrail is not included in the standard package; it is available separately as an optional accessory for compatible UREVO walking pads.
